Note: This is a worked example showing how a real tender response reads when our product is mapped onto a flagship's requirements. It uses publicly reported facts about Louvre Abu Dhabi to make the example concrete; it is not an actual submission and all commercials are indicative.

1. Executive summary

Louvre Abu Dhabi welcomed more than 1.4 million visitors in 2024 — its highest since opening — of whom 84% were international, led by China (12%), Russia (12%), India (7%), France (6%) and the UK (6%) (source: DCT Abu Dhabi Media Office, 2024). Interpretation today is delivered through the museum's smartphone app — audio content plus an "Art Scan (Beta)" recognition feature — in seven languages.

HumanityAI'd proposes to upgrade the two weakest points of that stack. We replace phone-in-hand scanning with a hands-free AR-glasses guide in which the exhibit recognizes itself as the visitor looks at it, and we lift language coverage from seven fixed languages to an AI-generated set spanning the museum's actual visitor mix — Mandarin, Russian and Hindi included — at effectively zero per-language production cost. The entire system runs on-premises inside the museum: no camera frames, narration, or visitor analytics ever leave DCT Abu Dhabi's network.

  • On-premises AI server performing recognition (CLIP + FAISS) and neural TTS narration — no cloud dependency.

5. Data sovereignty, security & privacy

All recognition, narration and analytics execute on the museum's on-prem server; sessions are pseudonymous; a data-purge capability is provided. On-prem architecture directly satisfies UAE public-sector data-residency expectations. Production hardening (JWT/RBAC, TLS + device-provisioned tokens) is scheduled for Q4 2026 and detailed, with effort estimates, in the accompanying Technical Due-Diligence Report — until then the deployment operates on an isolated gallery network with the admin plane restricted to staff.

6. Implementation plan

Week 0 site survey & install → Weeks 1–2 enrol first gallery (~25 works) with 7-language narration, co-authored with curators → Weeks 2–3 staff training & go-live → Week 4 evaluation against DCT-agreed KPIs and a Saadiyat-wide rollout proposal (Zayed National Museum, Natural History Museum, Guggenheim AD share the same platform).

7. Commercials (indicative)

Flagship-tier annual licence (US$300k+), glasses fleet + on-prem server + charging/hygiene stations (CAPEX), first-100-works implementation, and a Priority or Mission-critical SLA.
