1. Commercial model¶
Four components, structured to fit government and large-enterprise security budgets (a CAPEX-heavy option is available for authorities that prefer to own hardware outright):
- Software licence — annual, per site, tiered by enrolled population and concurrent device count.
- Hardware — AR glasses fleet, on-premises GPU server, charging and provisioning station.
- Services — site and RF survey, installation, watchlist onboarding, training (one-off), plus annual support under an SLA tier.
- Integration — connection into the authority's existing command-and-control or video-management platform, quoted per target system.
Pricing is set deliberately above commercial AR products and below fixed-camera safe-city programmes. Patrol Sight is mission-critical with a measured latency commitment, but it augments an existing camera estate rather than replacing it.

Licence includes: software updates, the command console, watchlist management, analytics, audit and export capability, and Standard support.
Note on concurrent devices. The per-GPU device ceiling is measured during the pilot in the customer's own environment and the tier is confirmed against that measurement. We do not price against an unmeasured number, and where a fleet exceeds a single GPU's measured capacity the scale-out configuration is quoted as additional server capacity rather than sold as a licence upgrade.

For air-gapped deployments, remote diagnostics are replaced by customer-mediated log export or on-site attendance; the SLA response targets are unchanged but the price reflects the on-site component.

Network uplift, if the site survey requires it, is additional and quoted by the network provider or integrator.
7. Value framing¶
- Closes the last fifty metres. The authority has already paid for facial recognition on fixed cameras; Patrol Sight extends that investment to the officers who are actually in front of the subject, rather than duplicating it.
- Clears procurement rather than fighting it. On-premises processing satisfies UAE and Saudi biometric data-residency requirements by architecture, removing the blocker that stalls cloud recognition proposals.
- Defensible by design. Customer-owned watchlist, recorded lawful basis, mandatory human verification, complete audit trail — the governance evidence an oversight body will ask for, produced as a by-product of normal operation.
- Neutral supply chain. No dependence on cloud services and no exposure to the sanctions position of the largest surveillance vendors — material on internationally financed or partnered projects.
- Measured commitments. Latency, accuracy and device capacity are measured in the customer's own environment during the pilot, and the contracted figures are the measured ones.
8. What is not included¶
Stated so it is priced rather than assumed: wireless network provision and uplift; the authority's lawful basis, watchlist content and enforcement procedure; evidential body-worn video recording (Patrol Sight is a recognition system, not a body camera); third-party or national watchlist connectors (roadmap v1.5, quoted per engagement until then); and behaviour or anomaly analytics (roadmap v2.0).
All figures are indicative for planning and are not a quotation. Final pricing is set per site after a scoping call, RF site survey, and confirmation of the measured device capacity for the proposed fleet.
